Comments: Permit sales are limited in a first step to EU countries, until 2020. Thereafter other regions, which have biding commitments, join the market. CDM are limited to 5% of the total volume of biding commitments (equal to global volume of permits on the market). Until 2020 the market has a relatively small dimension. After 2020 China and India become main net sellers and USA and EU (mostly Germany) and Brazil are net buyers. The volume sold by China or India is smaller compared with the case without limits on CDM. The reduction is limited though.
