Comments: Permit sales are limited in a first step to EU countries, until 2020. Thereafter other regions, which have biding commitments (BRIC), join the market. Until 2020 the market has a relatively small dimension. After 2020 China dominates the selling market and USA is the main buyer of permits. Seven regions are constrained by the 50% limit on permit trading (Germany, Poland, UK, Japan, Brazil, USA, EU). China's permit sales volume increases slightly because of the possibility to buy CDM allowances and increase permits sale.
