Comments: Permit sales are limited in a first step to EU countries, until 2020. Thereafter other regions, which have biding commitments (BRIC), join the market. Until 2020 the market has a relatively small dimension. After 2020 China dominates the selling market and USA is the main buyer of permits. The possibility to buy CDM is exploited by China to increase its selling of permits.
