COP15 Negotiations

In this section, we propose to evaluate the negotiations that take place in Copenhaguen, around COP15 and to give an assessment of the possible futures :

• a failure of the negotiations.
• a minimum agreement limited to OECD members.
• a minimum agreement limited to OECD + Russia.
• an agreement within G20.
• an international agreement.

Those possible futures may be compared to a "business as usual" scenario in which the climate change impacts are not considered.

Those scenarios share common assumptions.
